Channels Golf Club is a traditional wedding venue located in the Essex countryside just outside of Chelmsford. The civil ceremony and the reception take place in a beautiful converted barn that has a friendly and welcoming feel to it.

The high roof works beautifully for live piano music and we are often booked to provide a pianist for the wedding ceremony and the wedding breakfast.

We have had some of our greatest discos at Channels Golf Club. The layout of the room is perfect for making sure that everybody can hear the music, and the chill out areas at the side of the building are really good for guests who prefer to chat over a cup of tea.

Our digital grand piano is on wheels and can be easily moved around the room for the different parts of your wedding reception. We could put the piano near the registrars desk for your civil wedding ceremony and then wheel it onto the dancefloor for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast.

We now have professional uplighting that can be booked as an upgrade to our standard wedding disco. The decorative uplighting really helps to transform the area around the dancefloor and make it look really special.
Book decorative uplighting for your wedding reception
We set up the decorative uplights around the edge of the dancefloor. These lights use LEDs which means that they keep cool (they will not burn the hands of young children) and the lights change colour and flash in time with the music. The overall effect is really impressive and stylish.
