Gaynes Park Barns is a top class wedding venue near Epping that provides an intimate environment for you to enjoy your special day in an orangery, a walled Victorian garden and their traditional converted barn.
Piano Music at Gaynes Park Barns
In the summer, the civil ceremonies take place in the orangery and this is a wonderful space to have romantic piano music playing as your guests arrive at the venue and during the ceremony. Your friends and family can admire the beautiful gardens through the glass walls whilst listening to live music.
Our musicians can play outside for your drinks reception and our preferred spot is on the patio, under the covered area at the side of the orangery. This allows use to access the power sockets in the orangery and we will run a power cable through the window.
For your wedding breakfast, we will have a digital piano set up in the Mill Barn so that our pianist can start playing as soon as you are announced into the room as a newly married couple.
Wedding Disco at Gaynes Park Barns
We supply one of the best wedding discos in Essex and our wedding DJ lives locally to Gaynes Park Barns. This means that we are able to set up the sound system and lighting rig in the morning before the wedding starts.
Wedding guests are usually invited to step out of the main barn after the wedding breakfast so that the staff can clear the tables and dress the room for the evening reception.
During this time, it is important for our wedding DJ to do a thorough sound check. Gaynes Park Barns has a sound limited which will cause the power to turn off if the music gets too loud.
Our wedding DJ will spend time setting the volume level of the sound system so that it does not reach the maximum level of the sound limiter.
For weddings at Gaynes Park Barns we are often asked to supply decorative uplighters and these really make the dancefloor room look special.
