Lynford Hall Hotel is an impressive country house set in the middle of thousands of acres of forest near Thetford in Norfolk. The venue can cater brilliantly for both small and large weddings. I was most impressed by the Lyne Stephens suite. This is an exceptional function room that has been built specifically for large weddings, balls and conferences. Our digital grand piano looks amazing in this room!

Intimate Weddings at Lynford Hall Hotel
Our wedding pianist can play romantic background music on the grand piano as your guests arrive for your civil wedding ceremony. The grand piano is located just outside the Sutton Room - the most popular of the licensed ceremony rooms at Lynford Hall Hotel.
The Sutton Room
For the ceremony itself, you can have your favourite pieces of piano music played for the entrance of the bride, the signing of the register and the departure of the bridal party.
On a sunny day, your drinks reception will take place outside in the stunning landscaped gardens. We will set up a piano in-between the double doors of the Lyne Stephens room so that you can listen to beautiful piano music drifting across the lawns as you socialise with your friends and family.

Your wedding breakfast can take place in the Duvernay Suite, an elegant room that overlooks the gardens.

We usually set up a digital grand piano in this room so that you can enjoy listening to a lovely backdrop of relaxing piano music as you dine.

At Lynford Hall Hotel, we regularly work alongside local wedding suppliers who you can trust to provide your chair covers, flowers and wedding cake.
In the evening, we recommend that you book a pianist to play chilled-out jazz standards on the grand piano in the main reception area. This will provide a lovely backdrop for your more senior relatives as they relax in the comfortable armchairs with cups of tea and coffee.

This large ballroom has been built especially for weddings. The room has been built onto the side of Lynford Hall and all of the brickwork has been painfully built to match - you cannot tell that it is not part of the original building!
The Lyne Stephens Suite overlooks the landscaped gardens and can be used for the civil wedding ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening reception - or any combination of these.
