Prices start at €1400 for 4 adults and packages give you the flexibility to choose the areas of the hotel that you would like to use and the different options that you would like to add to your wedding day.

Included in the price is your very own wedding co-ordinator at the hotel and her name is Judit.

She is super helpful and really lovely and will help you with all of the planning and the running of the wedding on the day.

The wedding season for Insotel Tarida Beach Sansatori Resort is from 1st May to 31st October but, like most Ibiza wedding venues, they do fewer weddings in August because of the heat.

Weddings can be booked Monday-Saturday. There are no weddings allowed on a Sunday.

There is a rule that approx 85% wedding guests must stay at the hotel.

Weddings at Insotel Tarida Beach Sansatori Resort

There are three main areas that can be used for weddings at Insotel Tarida Beach Sansatori Resort:

+ Sunset Restaurant
+ Buffet Restaurant
+ Beach Restaurant

All wedding ceremonies take place in the sunset restaurant and then you can choose which of the three restaurants you would like to pick for the rest of your wedding (meal, drinks and dancing).

Most weddings at Insotel Tarida Beach Sansatori Resort start with a ceremony at 4pm but for smaller weddings you can also have the option of having a lunch first and then a ceremony afterwards.

In the summer in Ibiza it is too hot to have the wedding ceremony any earlier than 4pm.

Wedding Ceremony at Insotel Tarida Beach Sansatori Resort

Your wedding ceremony at Insotel Tarida Beach Sansatori Resort hotel will take place in the Sunset Restaurant.

The Sunset Restaurant is shut to the hotel guests until 6pm and it is a beautiful and peaceful area of the hotel with stunning views over the beach and sea.

Most wedding ceremonies take place at 4pm and are followed by tapas and drinks until about 6pm/6.30pm.

After this time you will then move onto the meal part of your wedding and you can choose from any of the three restaurants.

For your wedding ceremony, gentle background music from the Sunset restaurant speakers is included, but you have the option to choose your own music or invite musicians to play for your ceremony.

If you want to choose your own music for your wedding ceremony then there is an additional charge for the hotel’s DJ to set up a small sound system and play your tracks.

If you want to invite musicians to play for your ceremony then you can book these directly and you are welcome to invite your own musicians from the UK or use the hotel’s recommendations.

Lots of couples choose to hire the owner of PianoDJ, James, to play the piano for their wedding ceremony and then to DJ for their evening reception.

Wedding Reception Option 1 – Sunset Restaurant

If you would like to stay in the Sunset Restaurant for the rest of your wedding then it is possible to pay an additional cost to hire the restaurant half of the area for your meal.

The bar will still remain open to the hotel guests, so this means that this area is only semi-exclusive.

The Sunset Restaurant is usually open to hotel guests as part of their all-inclusive package and this is why you have to pay an additional cost to hire it for your wedding.

In 2018, the cost of hiring this area is approx €600.

PROS: The Sunset Restaurant suits 30+ guests and offers incredible views.

CONS: It gets really hot in the summer, the Sunset Restaurant is only available until 9.30/10pm, you are not allowed any live musicians or a DJ and you will be sharing the area with hotel guests.

Wedding Reception Option 2 – Buffet Restaurant

If you are looking for the cheapest option for your wedding reception then you can have your meal in the main buffet restaurant.

This is a luxury buffet restaurant, with food from around the world and amazing chefs cooking to order.

For a wedding reception in the Buffet Restaurant, a semi-private area will be partitioned off for you and your guests and you will have your own private entrance for access.

You will still have to go and self-serve from the main buffet, but you have a nice semi-private area with shade and fans to enjoy your wedding.

The food is included with your rooms, so there is no additional cost to eat in the Buffet Restaurant.

However, you have to pay €13 per guest for a decoration fee.

This is so that Judit, your wedding planner can re-arrange the tables in the semi-private area of the Buffet Restaurant and decorate the space to make it feel special for you (and not just like the regular restaurant).

There is background music in the Buffet Restaurant and because of this you are not allowed ay live music, DJs or microphones if you choose to have your wedding reception in the Buffet Restaurant.

You can have a maximum of 60 guests for a wedding reception in the Buffet Restaurant.

PROS: The Buffet Restaurant is a cheap option and the food is amazing.

CONS: There are no views of the sea (it is more of an inside restaurant vibe) and you are not allowed any live musicians or a DJ. You will also be sharing the area with hotel guests.

Wedding Reception Option 3 – Beach Restaurant and Bar

This is my favourite area of the hotel for weddings and the space is completely unique and really breathtaking.

If you would like to hire the Beach Restaurant to be exclusively yours for your wedding reception then you have to pay an additional cost to hire it for your wedding.

In 2018, the cost of hiring this area is approx €1500

After your ceremony at the Sunset Restaurant, you can walk down a long sloping path down to the Beach Restaurant.

This restaurant is the pride of the hotel and features a decked eating area, a sandy lounging area and a 1st floor terrace with a small dining area or chill out area.

The whole feel of this area is an inside/outside vibe with views straight out onto the beach and sea and it feels as if the beach comes right up to the restaurant.

You can have a full wedding reception here with photobooth, music, DJs, saxophone players, etc.

Eating usually happens between 6.30-9pm and then you can start the party as the sun begins to set and dance until midnight.

This area offers privacy and exclusivity, views of the sunset, you are allowed to party and it will really blow your guests away and leave you with amazing memories.

The sound and lighting equipment for the evening is provided by the hotel’s DJ and you can choose to use their DJ or to hire in your own DJ and musicians from the UK.

PROS: The Beach Restaurant offers exclusivity and a super unique venue that will blow your guests away. You get amazing views of the beach, the sea and the sunset and incredible photo opportunities. You can hire a DJ and live musicians to create an unforgettable party at the end of your wedding. This is definitely our favourite area for weddings at this hotel.

CONS: It is the most expensive area to hire for a wedding.
